You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effects of this card's name each once per turn.
(1) During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 card on your opponent’s field or in their GY; banish that card, also, if you banished a card from the field, then choose 1 Dragon monster on your field and return it to the hand.
(2) If this card is in the GY, when your opponent’s Battle Phase begins: You can return 1 Dragon monster on your field to the hand or Extra Deck, and if you do, Special Summon this card.
