You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effects of this card's name once per turn.
(1) You can target 1 Level 6 or lower Warrior monster in your GY; Special Summon that target, but its effects are negated, also this card cannot be used as material for a Synchro Monster for the rest of this turn.
(2) During your opponent’s Main Phase, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon using monsters on your field as material, including a Warrior monster(s).
